【記者林明華台南報導】南台灣地震造成維冠大樓嚴重死傷，專家初勘建築發現箍筋減少50%，疑建商偷工減料。為保障受災戶的權益，南市府10日已決定在下週上班後提假扣押，保全災民債權。
維冠負責人林明輝、建築師鄭進貴、張魁寶等3人已遭台南地方法院以涉及業務過失致死罪、有串證之虞羈押禁見。
台南市政府秘書長陳美伶說，市府已擬妥相關法律資料，下週一上班日就會向法院遞狀，假扣押建商林明輝、建築師張魁寶、鄭進貴的名下財產。市府也組成專案小組，率先體檢林明輝歷年興建的建案，避免維冠金龍大樓悲劇重演。
南市府法制處長蕭博仁指出，市府已著手準備、查證相關資料，要釐清執行假扣押對象、標的物。2016/2/10
